Explore what we offer

Life can be heavy, and when the pressure of the world feels like too much it is important that you have the resources and understanding to effectively cope and process through your emotions.

In our therapy space, we won't be able to erase trauma or distressing life experiences you've encountered, but we can work to change how you engage with and think about yourself, others, and the world so you can lead a confident life, even if it gets painful.

Individual Therapy

During individual sessions we will explore any symptoms related to trauma, interpersonal challenges & attachment, and mood regulation. Our goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable to be vulnerable and dig below the surface.

Our first couple sessions will include building rapport, getting comfortable with one another, and setting goals for your time in therapy. We'll work together strengthening your perspective of self and understanding of your life experiences.

To get the most out of therapy, we encourage you to come prepared to session with something to explore, assignments completed, or any questions you may be pondering about your experiences.

Lifestyle Coaching

Folks looking to gain guidance in identifying goals, finding resources to help them grow professionally or personally, or seeking accountability to reach goals -- lifestyle coaching may be best suited for you.

In our lifestyle coaching sessions we will discuss mindsets blocking you from reaching your goals, create a pathway for you to obtain your desired outcomes, and discuss any avoidance or fears clouding your judgment.

Whether it is career related, personal development, or lifestyle change, we'll act as an unbiased partner holding you accountable to tackle those goals.

Therapists seeking to step out of agency or the non-profit space and start their own private practice will be guided along the business startup process.

We will discuss your goals for your business, the clients you seek to serve, financial goals, business structure, registering your business and marketing tactics to ensure your desired clients connect with you.
