I'll empower you to explore your emotions and thoughts, to speak openly about challenging life experiences, and explore what ways of coping best suit you. 


I have experience working with people of color, survivors of trauma, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals struggling with eating & mood disorders and those wanting to resolve interpersonal issues. The modalities I incorporate include : Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. When processing trauma I focus on using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy in session.

Here is a little about me! 

Outside of the therapeutic space you can find me engaging in movement in some form such as dancing, riding my bike or taking my cute cat Cosmo on a walk. I enjoy knitting, reading (or more so collecting) books, live music and spending a day at the beach.
