When I think about life experiences and trauma, a word that comes to mind is resilience - a circle of resilience. Resilience is a mindset where we can choose to embrace life’s challenges, embracing all the highs and lows of the journey. As resilient humans, we continue to push against the obstacles life throws at us in order to experience more happy and blissful experiences. This creates a cycle of overcoming the heavy and painful moments in life, to be able to enjoy the more peaceful and grounding ones.
Whether you want to heal your trauma, mend attachment wounds, or become unstuck from overwhelming emotions, I hope as a client you are able to find your inner resilience and embrace the self-healing journey.
Life can get heavy, and when it does it’s important that you have the skills and knowledge to effectively cope and process through your emotions. In our therapy space, we won't be able to erase any trauma or distressing life experiences. But what we can do is alter how you engage and think about yourself, others, and the world so you can lead a confident life, even if it gets painful.

Outside of the therapeutic space you can find me engaging in movement in some form such as dancing, riding my bike or taking my cute cat Cosmo on a walk. I enjoy knitting, reading (or more so collecting) books, live music and spending a day at the beach.
